Pumpkin Patch

We headed to the Flower Mound pumpkin patch for our second year with all the cousins. We had soo much fun. This year was so much more fun then last year. You loved running all around amongst the pumpkins. Chasing after all your cousins. You picked up pumpkins, carried pumpkins, ate hay (thanks Uncle Sean), posed for pictures, and just enjoyed being outside. Thank you for being such a cute, good one year. I love you soo much and can't wait till next years pumpkin patch.

One year stats

Monday we had your one year doctor visit. All was good with you. He was impressed at all the words that you are saying. You wouldn't walk very far for him but he was impressed that you could walk in circles. Way to go big girl. You had to get 4 shots and you put on your best fake cry for the nurses.

Here all your stats showing what a big girl you are becoming:

Weight: 22.7 lbs 75%
Height: 28.5 in 25%
Head: 18 1/4 in 75%

Yes you are short and have a big head but that is ok it makes you cute and we love you just the way you are.

Party Time

Your birthday party started getting planned months ago. We had everything mapped out and just waiting for your big day to arrive and boy did it. It rained on and off all day long. We didn't let that stop us from having fun though. Aunt Kiki did a great job on the cake and cupcakes:

She worked so hard and so long. Not only did she bake 96 cupcakes and a cake the night before the party she also watched you (which we know sometimes can be a task now that you are walking everywhere.) Aunt Missy came early and helped mommy set up all the food and directions. We would not have been able to do it without all her help. She made the party run so smooth. And then Uncle Sean stepped up and took direction from Aunt Missy and was put to work moving things and putting things up. And thanks to him we had a dry bounce house

Lots of family and friends came out to celebrate you turning one. It was the best party ever. Everyone had fun bouncing:
And we had a face painter that painted everyone's face:

It was time for cake and you just sat there while everyone just stood around watching and singing Happy Birthday. You didn't want to mess up the cake, apparently you thought it was too pretty. You did feed just a little bit to daddy:

Then there were the presents. Everyone spoiled the mess out of you. You got some much fun stuff:

Thank you everyone that was apart of our daughter's party. We would have been able to do it without all your help. You guys all mean something special to Paige and to us.
Paige thank you for being the best one year old ever. Can't till next year when we do it all over again when you turn 2!!!
